Tony Bourassa, Co-Founder and President
Tony coordinates the entire spectrum of services Mass Design offers, to ensure that every customer receives the highest-quality design, fabrication and assembly – something we achieve through an integrated manufacturing approach that is second to none.
As a young PCB design manager at Teccon Corp., a design and fabrication company, Tony learned the importance of building manufacturability into the design of a circuit board. From 1981 to 1995 he taught several printed circuit design classes at the Lowell Institute School at MIT, focusing on developing an understanding among students of the industry specifications that control fabrication.
He has also been a featured speaker and instructor at various IPC, NEPCON and corporate seminars.

Paul Boduch, Co-Founder and Vice President
Paul began his career in printed circuit boards as the new product development manager in the Printed Circuit Division of W.R. Grace, where he was responsible for the development of the UV films that remain the industry standard today.
